1. Service and content
Secde Vakti provides prayer times, Qibla, Quran/audio, Khatm, fasting, dhikr, an Islamic calendar, quiz, groups and personalization. Free/Premium availability is shown in the app. It is not Diyanet’s official app. Religious texts and translations are informational and do not provide individual religious rulings. Report content or date errors to support.
2. Times, Qibla and calendar
Location, selected place, time zone, device clock and available sources affect results. In Türkiye, a supported district can be selected; an unavailable district may use city-center times. Qibla targets the Kaaba; compass quality, magnets and measurement uncertainty affect direction. Green/haptic feedback depends on accepted device measurement conditions and is not an absolute accuracy guarantee. Calendar data uses Diyanet’s published Türkiye dates; local observance may differ. New-year updates depend on publication and connectivity. Notifications depend on permissions, Focus/silent settings and iOS conditions.
3. Premium, renewal and refunds
The product, duration, local price and any trial terms appear on Apple’s purchase screen before purchase. Auto-renewing subscriptions continue unless cancelled; cancel in your Apple account’s Subscriptions at least 24 hours before the period ends to avoid the next renewal. Deleting the app or account does not cancel a subscription. Restore purchases with the same Apple account. Older one-time products retain their purchased scope; they do not necessarily include every new Premium feature. Refund requests go through Apple and applicable consumer rights. Never send card details to the developer.
4. Accounts, backups and sharing
iCloud and recovery depend on the same Apple account, Keychain settings, connectivity and provider availability. Check backup status and consider exporting important records. You are responsible for your profile/group content and invite-code sharing. Harassment, impersonation, unlawful content, unauthorized data collection, fabricated scores and bypassing protections are prohibited. Report issues to support; proportionate content/access restrictions may address violations. Monthly quiz rankings restart each month; all-time achievements are kept separately. Trophies/badges are in-app indicators, not cash prizes. Erroneous or manipulated results may be corrected.
5. License, availability and rights
The app is licensed under Apple’s Standard EULA; these terms supplement use of the service. Quran translations, recitations, designs and other content belong to their respective rights holders; sharing tools do not grant unlimited commercial reuse. Maintenance, updates and third-party outages may affect service. Updated terms show a new date, with material changes communicated where required. These terms do not remove mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Contact mre.sahinn@gmail.com with questions or disputes; statutory remedies remain available.
