1. Service and content
EASE provides ambient sounds and a sound mixer, sleep stories, guided meditations, breathing exercises, a 7-night sleep-habit program, a Sleep Coach, a sleep timer, reminders, a Home Screen widget and an Apple Watch app. What is free and what needs Premium is shown in the app and may change with updates. EASE is licensed to you under Apple’s Standard EULA; these terms supplement it.
2. Well-being support, not medical care
EASE supports relaxation and healthy sleep habits. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. The 7-night program draws on sleep-habit principles widely used in cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I) for general education; it is not therapy. Talk to a qualified professional about persistent sleep problems, anxiety or other health concerns. Do not use sleep content or breathing exercises while driving or whenever you need to stay alert.
3. Premium, free trial, renewal and refunds
EASE Premium is an auto-renewing subscription, monthly or yearly. The price, period and any free trial appear on Apple’s purchase screen before you buy. Eligible new subscribers may get a 7-day free trial on the yearly plan; unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it becomes a paid subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and the renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Restore purchases with the same Apple Account in EASE → Settings → Restore Purchases. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies and applicable consumer law. Never send card details to the developer.
4. Use and rights
The content (audio, narration, text, images and design) is for your personal, non-commercial use. Do not copy, resell, redistribute or reverse engineer the app or its content, or use it for unlawful purposes. The app and its content belong to the developer or its licensors.
5. Availability, changes and liability
We may update, change or remove features. Updated terms show a new date, and material changes are communicated where required. To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided as is. These terms do not remove mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Questions or disputes: mre.sahinn@gmail.com; statutory remedies remain available.
