Email us about purchases, the free trial, audio, the widget, the Apple Watch app or content. Include the app version, your device model, your iOS version and a short description. Hide personal information in screenshots; never send passwords or card details.

Restore Premium

Open EASE → Settings → Restore Purchases while signed in with the Apple Account you used to buy.

Cancel a subscription or free trial

Go to iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions → EASE and cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or the current period ends. Deleting the app does not cancel. If you allow notifications, EASE reminds you two days before your free trial ends.

Offline use

All sounds, stories and meditations are included in the app and play without a connection. Buying and restoring Premium need a connection.

Sleep timer

Choose 15, 30, 45, 60 or 90 minutes; 45 minutes and longer need Premium. The sound fades out gently over the last 30 seconds.

Apple Watch and widget

Install EASE on your watch from the Watch app on your iPhone; the watch controls playback and the timer on your iPhone. To add the widget, touch and hold an empty area of the Home Screen, tap Edit or +, then search for EASE.

Analytics and your data

Turn analytics and crash reporting off in EASE → Settings → Share Analytics. EASE has no account; deleting the app removes its data from your device. Remove favorites in the app first if you also want them removed from iCloud. Email us about analytics data.
